On Midsummer Night’s eve, there will be a contemporary fire, sound and movement performance “Rebirth” in Pedvāle Open Air Art Museum – a joint work by the American sculptor of Japanese origin Thomas Matsuda and Butoh dancer Simona Orinska.

About Museum

The Open-Air Art Museum at Pedvale was opened by sculptor Ojars Arvids Feldbergs in 1991 and is now a State Historical Monument. The museum conceptually integrates the artistic and cultural heritage and the natural setting into a unified whole.
