In August 2021, 7 artists stayed at the International Artists’ Residency Pedvāle: painters Wioletta Kulewska (Poland / Malta), Ana del Valle Ojeda (Spain), Eva Schmitt (Germany); performance artists Mirjana Medojević (Montenegro / Solvenia) and Anna Zakelj (USA / Slovenia); graphic artist Birgitta Volz (Germany) and video artist Janis Schroeder (Germany).
Inspired by the documentary video material recorded during the residency, the artist Mirjana Medojević has created 2 video films. They will soon be available to viewers at www.pedvale.lv.
